Your tasks:
· Office management (e.g. property management and maintenance, purchasing and distribution of office facilities and stationeries)
· Purchasing and payment assistance (e.g. supplier management, invoice processing, employee reimbursements)
· Book keeping, posting financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system according to instructions and
reviewing monthly balance sheet
· Travel management (e.g. car renting, hotel booking)
· Answering the telephone, filing, faxing, assisting visitors, managing appointments and schedule
· Maintaining employee attendance calendars
·Undertaking a variety of other administrative and organizational tasks as assigned
Your profile
· A relevant Bachelor´s degree
· Ability to deal with multi-task and determine work priorities
· Great written and oral communication skills in English, Chinese and German
· Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
· Strong organization and coordination skills with a sense of urgency
· Willing and able to work overtime if necessary
